tampa florida?

Tampa is a very nice city. There’s not much you can’t do in the Tampa Bay Area, except climb mountains and snow ski. Florida is hot and flat. Sorry, but I don’t know anyplace in the USA that will let a single male adopt a child, unless the child is a blood relative and there’s no one else. Good Luck!
